Taphouse Farmhouse is a large detached stone and brick-built house with a slate roof. The garden is of approximately 0.5 acre with lawns, flower beds and apple trees are all within a garden fence; but the part around the entrance gate and door is walled in making it extra safe for small children. There is a large stoned patio area with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a HOT TUB which is undercover on a decked area. Plenty of parking beside the house and games barn.

Best Directions - The easiest way to come is via the village of Marshwood . Turn off the B3165 beside the Church and School at Marshwood; follow this road about 2 miles until a four cross road. Here turn right to Whitchurch Canonicorum and Taphouse Farm is the first farm you will come to on the right side of the road.
You may come from the A35 Bridport to Charmouth Road . At Morcombelake near the Artwave Gallery turn to Whitchurch Canonicorum, follow until a four cross road in the village. Here turn right, go past the Village Hall, once the School. Take first left marked Gassons Lane, opposite the Berehayes Holiday Cottages, marked Bettiscombe and Marshwood. Follow this road 2.5 miles ignoring all farm entrances until a four cross. Here turn left and Taphouse is immediately on your left. If the weather is very wet please use the first instructions, as occasionally the River Char will cover the road near Whitchurch.
