The Hayloft is a barn conversion made from the obsolete hayloft and cattle shed. It has an exposed stained beam, wooden doors and wooden windows with double glazing. Outside there is a raised patio with a garden table and chairs, stoned parking area for 2 cars, wooden and wire fenced lawn area.

· Logs for the wood burner are included in the tariff, October to April

One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement only. (They must not be left in the house whilst guests are out by day or night, or allowed on the furniture and beds.) 
Best Directions - From the A35 at the end of Morcombelake take the turning to Whitchurch Canonicorum near Artwave Gallery. Follow this road till a cross road in village. Here turn right past the Village Hall, once the School. Drive through the village past the Church and memorial statue, follow the road until you come to a large wide corner on your left. Here you will find Wakely’s farm. The Hayloft is through the gate straight in front of you. The parking area is beside the property. (If you are using Sat Nav please put in Whitchurch Canonicorum via the A35 then put in Wakely's farm)
