Bed and Breakfast - Cardsmill Farm

Cardsmill Farmhouse has oak beams, full central heating and double glazed windows. There is a large Lounge / Dining Room (25' x 16') with Inglenook fireplace and woodburning fire for cooler evenings. The lounge has LCD TV, DVD, books and games. The 3 bedrooms in the main farmhouse have their own stairs and landing, so the bedrooms may be let separately or together, when it becomes a private suite.
Guests may sit and relax or play in the enclosed safe garden.

Twin bedded room – 2 single beds (can be made as King), ensuite bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and shower over

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking or card numbers.
Single night bookings may be taken 1-2 weeks before arrival date @ £45.00 per person per night.

Best Directions – On the A35 near Art Wave (art gallery) at end of Morcombelake and take the turning to Whitchurch Canonicorum. Follow this road to a crossroad in the village. Here turn right past the Village Hall, once the School. Take next left opposite the Berehayes Farm Holliday Cottages, marked Gassons Lane and sign-posted Bettiscombe and Marshwood. Follow this road for 0.65 mile and Cardsmill Farmhouse will be on the right. Parking is in the courtyard at the rear of the farmhouse. Please note Sat Navs will take you through miles of lanes so put in via the A35.
